A couple of days ago my mom made neenee bondo. Neenee bondo is an oriental noodle dish with cream cheese. It was impossible to find ingredients for neeneee bondo here in italy, until we went to an asian market and found sesame oil. Neenee bondo is called this way because when I was a baby around one year old, mom would make these noodles and I called them Neenee: (noodles) and Bondo: (Winnie the pooh), My plate had a winnie the pooh at the bottom. So, I am the one who created the name!
Here is the recipe for neenee bondo:
Boil some water.
If you live in the US you can use some top ramen brand noodles but don't use the spice packet.
If you live in Italy you can use some spaghetti noodles.
Boil the noodles til they are done.
drain water
add a bit of cream cheese
add some soy sauce
add some sesame oil (only a little)
stir, and enjoy! oh yes, and when I was a little baby, I liked it spicey with cayenne pepper. But I don't like the spice so much now that my tastbuds changed.
